Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional packages and special offers at Eyetelle Optometrists.

    Stock Lenses Only

    Prescriptions outside of stock range will incur extra cost for surfacing.

    Single Vision Only

    Promotional pairs are single vision only. Clear or tinted.

  3. 3

    Bifocal & Multifocal Upgrades

    Upgrading promotional pairs to Bifocal or Multifocal will incur extra cost.

  4. 4

    Polarized Lens Upgrade

    Upgrading promotional sunglasses to Polarized will incur extra cost.

  5. 5

    Lens Thickness

    Thinned down lenses do not apply to packages. Quotes will be supplied accordingly.

  6. 6

    Multifocal Lens Design

    Multifocal lenses are standard/entry level lens design only. Quotes will be supplied accordingly for premium and advanced designs.

  7. 7

    Additional Coatings

    Additional coatings will incur extra cost.

  8. 8

    Frame Selection

    Frames from selected range included in packages. Upgrading frames available at additional cost.

  9. 9

    Frame Warranty

    All frames carry a 12 month manufacturing warranty.

  10. 10

    Own Frames

    Using own frames done at own risk. Neither the lab nor practice can take responsibility for any breakage on the frame.

  11. 11

    Payment Terms

    Packages are based on a cash basis. Quotes will be done accordingly for medical aid rates.
